Hello! Good morning! Bonjour! Howdy! G'day! Hi there! Nice to see you! I think that counts for all my greetings for you today! Now, I have a very ,very important question to ask of you! You don't need to answer, but you can, but on the other hand if you do answer, I might not hear your response because I am here at the Kiosk and you are there in your own home, and although I do have quite big ears( and teddy doctor said that I have excellent hearing capabilities! I haven't even got any wax in my ears! That is a good thing because teddies don't usually have earwax so it would be unusual if I did!) ... I probably wouldn't hear your answer! Soooo I will just ask the question and you can just silently reply to yourself! There is not even a little bit wrong with talking to yourself, you know! I do it all the time! In fact, some of the best conversations that I have in the day is between me and myself! We are great mates!
Anyway, the BIG question is... have you counted how many stars that there is in the sky? There must be millions, billions, trillions and one! I have tried counting, but I have to admit that it was the evening( hmmm... I suppose that makes sense because that is when the stars come out! ) and I fell asleep whilst counting the stars! I do hope that I didn't snore! I would not like to wake up any Strathalan Resident with my snoring! Well, no one has reported any strange teddy snoring sounds so I don't think I snored! But... it was so very peaceful and calming just to look up at the skies and do counting of stars. I grabbed a Mars bar from the Kiosk shelf because I thought that it might help me be able to perhaps see the planet Mars. It didn't help me though. I also got a choc and a mint Aero bars, and whilst I ate them, I imagined that I was in an AEROplane travelling very near the stars. I had such a great time outdoors! And... I also sang "Twinkle, twinkle little star" to myself! I sang the melody, and myself sang the harmony!
When you were little did you get a gold star at school if you achieved something good? At teddy school, we did, and we also got a bright pink teddy stamp on our books! We would proudly look, admire and smile at the gold star and the pink teddy stamp. Although sunrises and subsets are sooooo lovely and have very nice colourful colours, I also enjoy watching moon rises! They don't seem to get the same attention as sunrises, but they really are special! And... did you know, the moon changes it's shape everyday! That is soooo good!
Well, I had better get some sleep now, because I think I may do some star gazing tonight! Until next time, Have a starry, starry night!
    Your friend, Kiosk Ted Strath
