Ouchy ouch! Oooh! I feel sooo sore! I must have about a million, billion, zillion ( or perhaps a couple more!) bruises and bumps on my teddy body and fur. I really think that I need to use some dencobeary rub cream! This cream is so much stronger than dencorub and it smells like strawberries! That is completely correct what I just wrote! It smells like strawberries because you always have to dollop some cream on your strawberries if you are going to eat them! It is an unwritten law you know! Hmmm... I have now written it so it is now a teddy bear written law! Anyway, the dencobeary rub cream is just a different type of cream, which you apply to aching bones and joints. I must sternly and strongly and absolutely make it very, very clear though that even though it smells like strawberries, you must not eat it or pour it on real strawberries! The result of doing such a thing would be a yukky taste in your mouth! And also, it can't soothe any sore bones or joints in your mouth!

Anyway, I will explain why I am hurting! I will tell you straightaway what happened. I fell off the roof of the Strathalan Kiosk! Yes, I did! I am in a beary, beary lot of pain! It all happened because my teddy friend, Roger the roof repairing teddy, received a call from Strathalan Management.  Well, to be officially correct, he received a phone call from Tabitha the Table- sitting- under- in -the -office teddy. In case you may not have heard about her, she lives under a table in the Strathalan Office. She is quite a shy teddy, and so through the day she scurries off somewhere else so that no one sees her. Then, at the end of the day when everyone has gone home and the office is in complete silence and empty, she dances back into the Office and resumes sitting under the table. Anyway, Tabitha heard that someone had reported that there was a hole in the roof of the Kiosk! Soooo....Tabitha rang Roger, and he rung me and I rang...no one else! Roger asked if I could accompany him whilst he climbed up onto the roof. He is scared of heights. It is not a good condition to have when you are a roof repairer !  I wanted to be supportive to my friend so I of course said that I would be his roof assistant teddy. Well, Roger got out his rickety-looking ladder that has been passed down from one family generation to the next generation. I was just a tiny bit concerned with the condition of the ladder! But... it held our teddy weight and we scrambled up onto the roof to see if we could find a hole in the roof and solve the leaking issue. We were just starting to look, when all of a sudden a hot air balloon just happened to pass by! We were so excited to see it that we gave a wave to the people in it... and the next thing we knew was that the outside ground area of the Kiosk contained 2 very ouchy feeling teddies that had fallen off the roof! We were not going back onto the roof that day! I managed to get up and stumbled into the Kiosk. I then made us 2 very strong cups of Twinings tea to settle our nerves! Roger seemed to perk up a bit after having a drink and a tim tam biscuit. He then headed home to have a little nap. I do hope that he didn't have any nasty nightmares of falling off any more roofs!

Sooo now I am left feeling quite sore,

I may need to have a little nap now myself.    zzzzzzz........

         Until next time,

Be very wary of waving at hot air balloons... especially if you happen to be up on a roof!

            Your friend,

                  Kiosk-Ted Strath,
                    also simply known as" Ted"
