Helloooooo everyone! How you going? No! No! Don't go away! I have only just said hello to you! Of course, if you need to catch a train , or a bus or take a helicopter ride ( I heard on the apricot vine, which is sooo much more reliable than the grape vine, that helicopter rides are quite fun! I wonder what it would feel like eating a cheese and tomato sandwich whilst high up in the air in a helicopter? Would it make it even yummier? ! Perhaps one day I will test it out! ) you must leave immediately, straight away, do not pass go, instantly... after finishing reading this sentence though!
Do you like Autumntime? Autumn has very colourfully nice leaves! They look pretty! BUT ...I really must warn you about something! Be extra, triply, doubly, quadriply and very, very careful if it raining outdoors ( hmm... I don't suppose it is going to rain indoors unless you have a hole in your roof! Then you will need to get a bucket for the drips! Personally, I would advise you to buy a red bucket with pink and yellow polka dots on it. The colour makes it stand out at night time when it is dark. ) because fallen leaves get very slippery! I would not want you to topple over and fall! Ouch! Ouch! Even the thought of falling make me feel painful!
My friend Mr. Oliver bear never used to like the sight of blood. One day, he actually fainted when he saw blood appear! It's true ! It's true! He fell off a bed head first and landed on the floor, teddy paws first! I suppose it is not everyday that you see a lovely lady crash into a bedroom window and end up with a broken nose! Any and every teddy would be shocked by that! He definitely needed a nice cuppa tea after witnessing that happening! He was even more surprised when the husband of the lady rushed to the freezer and literally " slammed" the packet of frozen vegetables on to his wife's nose! Mr Oliver later on heard her say that the coldness and force of the frozen veggies onto her nose was worse than the initial pain of crashing into the window! Poor Mr. Oliver! He was quite trembly after all that happened that day! Anyway, be very careful of Autumn leaves! Even though Americans call the season " Fall" , please don't take the term literally!
Well, I must be off now! My Canadian friend has made me some toffees in the shape of maple leaves to celebrate Autumntime!
Until next time,
Your friend,
Kiosk Ted Strath
