Hello there! Bonjour! Howdy! Hey! Good Morning! Beautiful day! And in any other words : It is great to meet up with you today! Just thought I would extend to you a greeting that I would hope that you have a most pleasant, interesting, sunshiney and quite okay day!
I have a most important question to ask everyone! Why is a love heart shaped as it is? I don't mean a real, ticking, beating heart! That type of heart has a weird type of shape and doesn't look very pretty! But... it does a very hugely important job! I mean why is a heart shaped like it is in drawings? I quite like it though! When I see a picture of a heart, my real heart feels all warm inside!
Now, to the second most important question for the day, is a butterfly made out of butter? Or perhaps it is made of margarine ? But... butterflies come in so many different shades of colours and patterns! But then can you have coloured butter? That would make toast look very funny and colourful if you spread it on your toast for breakfast! You would start to feel all giggly inside when you looked at your breakfast toast. If you had a restless night, you could make a smile leap onto your face when you looked at the colours, and then you would feel super duper happy " jumping up and down" and doing somersaults smiley inside! ( Hmmm... life doesn't always seem like that! But, I still feel happy inside! My fur might be a bit tattered and I might feel my teddy age at times, but I am quite contented in my nice life as Kiosk Ted Strath! )
Anyway, I don't think that butterflies are made of butter. But, on the other hand, Western Star brand makes butter, so perhaps butterflies fly up to the stars at night, grab some twinkly white stardust from the stars and then come down and turn into butter? Perhaps there is buttery shortbread pieces flying through the skies at night, and the butterflies eat this and turn into buttery butterflies? Life is full of mysteries!
I read somewhere, sometime, somehow and in someplace ( did you know that the "in" word for today is "some " ! "Some" is trending as "the" word to say ! ) the quote that a "laugh is a smile that has burst " ! I am not sure if I like that quote . Oh, I do like the quote, but the thing is that it reminds me of the teddy birthday party that I attended a little while ago. There were lots and lots of colourful balloons there! They were all hung up on the walls, and it looked so very great! But, then Miss Agatha the Aged teddy ...( she is 175 years old! But she has such smooth teddy fur! It is quite remarkable! She credits her longevity, which is a big word for me to say! , to eating well, chatting continuously, and going to bed each night at exactly four minutes past ten! Not a minute early, not a minute later, right exactly on the minute! She also does ballroom dancing ) came into the room and everyone was soo excited to see her that they rushed over to give her a big group hug, and whilst this was taking place the hair clip in her hair leap frogged out of her teddy fur hair and landed on a balloon! Then it bounced from one balloon to the next, and all the balloons burst! Every teddy started to cry, and it was a very sad birthday party! It was the shock of the bursting balloons that upset us all. The birthday party teddy whose birthday it was, was given a raincheck docket and an umbrella ( you need an umbrella if you are given a rain check of course! ) and the party was rescheduled for the next week. It was a "balloon less party" so as it wouldn't bring back sad memories.
Well, I had best be saying goodnight to you now. I am sorry I am leaving you today on a sad note. Perhaps it would be better if I send you a little cheery chirpy lullaby tune instead? Please imagine that I am sending one to you!
Until next time,
Lullaby songs being sent to you, all sung by a little blue wren.
Your friend,
Kiosk Ted Strath
