Hello everyone! It's just me Kiosk teddy bopping away, singing " hooray", saying " yay yay" , and enjoying the sunny Spring day! ( I was in a little rhyming mood just then! ) I am soooooo happy that Springtime is here! My little bird friend, , Martha the Magpie ( hmm...it is very, very wise to not argue   with her! Her beak is quite " peckish" which means that she can " peck" you! It doesn't mean that she gets hungry a lot! You also are not allowed to have red/orange hair if you are friends with her!  Well, you can have this colour hair, but if you do, you must be a kind " bird nest" philanthropist and be very willing to give up parts of your hair for her nest! My suggestion to you if you would like to be friends with her is to dye your hair green, eat a tub of ice cream, turn the tub upside down ( after it has been cleaned of course) and put the tub on your head when chatting to her! And...do NOT mention the  word " Collingwood " to her ! If you do, you will not stop her warbling the Collingwood theme song or talking about the players! ) is very happy to have Spring weather also! She practices every day in her bathroom in front of a mirror her melodious songs that she warbles!
My other bird friend, Pete the penguin  enjoys Springtime fishing in the sunshine! I was sooooo honoured the other day! He even told me his secret method of catching fish! I am sure that he won't mind me telling you? The bait that he uses is a cupcake with strawberry icing and a cherry on top! The fish are  always attracted to yummy cupcakes!
My friend Edna the Emu really, really likes Springtime, because it means that lots of families start having outdoors picnics and barbecues! That means that Edna can just nonchalantly happen to pass nearby them and grab an extra cooked sausage  or a  yummy sandwich for herself to eat! She has a wide variety of delicious cuisines to choose from, depending on what the families bring to eat or cook for lunch!
So....we all are enjoying Springtime! My plan is to chase butterflies to keep fit! Don't worry though! I will only chase them, not catch them!
I will say goodbye now and go and read a book in the sunshine!
        Until next time.

   Your friend, Kiosk Ted Strath
