It is soooo exciting! It really, really, really is! ( I am sooo excited, that I am repeating my words to say how exciting it is! But I had better not do that or I will end up with the sore throat! Then I will feel not so good, and I will need to have some honey, and then bees will come to visit me, and they will start buzzing about and I may get stung and...oh, I am so sorry that I have been saying this very long sentence and you have probably fallen asleep! )
Anyway, I am soooo excited! I'll tell you why! There are baby birds nesting near the Kiosk! (Just in case you are wondering, they are invisible to anyone but teddies! You won't find them if you go looking for them at Strathalan! Teddies can only see them! ) Isn't that very cute?! Mother bird cares for her little baby birds! But...it is very odd! She is bringing wriggling worms for them to eat?! I would have thought that they would enjoy eating choc chip or strawberry or boysenberry ice cream instead! Or even some nice puréed Apple which is nice for babies! Mother bird could have brought them an apple pie from McDonalds! She could have ordered a hot apple pie, and it would have kept the little birds warm in their nest when the overnight temperatures fall! Perhaps I could bring some food for them? Perhaps I had better not do that...I don't want to interfere! Also, they may have been taught to not talk to strangers. I don't want to upset them! But...would a few tim tams hurt if I threw them up to land in the nest? Decisions...decisions!
I had best be off now. I feel a little hungry! I think perhaps I may ring up my friend Big Bird and have a little talk to him! I heard through the bear and bird sultana grape vine that he hadn't been feeling too well lately. I think I had better send my best wishes to him.
Until next time,
Spring is here.
Let's give a cheer!
Baby birds may be near.
Have you ever seen a real life deer?
Your friend,
Kiosk Ted Strath
