Hello everyone! I had a really, really concerning thing happen in my teddy  life the other day! It even turned some of my brown fur to grey fur ! It was such a very big worry! I still am feeling a little but shaky when I think about it. But the issue has now been fixed so I must let in drift out of my mind. But... before it  leaves my mind, I will tell you all about it!

  I was doing some laundry washing the day. It was a nice sunny blue skies day so it was " ideal" for washing and drying clothes. I threw my socks into the washing machine. It was my extra special, red striped with white polka dots and yellow smokey faces on them socks! They are very special because I received them from a very special teddy friend for my birthday last year ! They ordered it from " t-eBay" on the Internet! It is the teddy version of eBay. They offer very good service, reliability, and their deliveries never, ever go astray! They don't offer PayPal service though. They instead offer tedmate to buy goods. It is named that because a " pal" is a "  mate" and you must always avoid being accused of transgressing copyright laws!  ( I sound a bit formal don't I! ) 

Anyway, these two socks got thrown into the machine. Hmm... two socks went into the machine...one sock came out! The washing machine ate one of my socks! He must have been sooooo hungry to decide to eat my sock! I was quite upset! I didn't know what to do?! If I had known that the washing machine was hungry, I would have made it a yummy cheese and tomato sandwich instead! He only had to ask and I would have very happily made the sandwich for him! And, if he preferred white or brown or multi grain versions, I would have used that type of bread.

   Well, I decided that it was not good to get myself upset over the situation. As the saying goes, it is no good crying over spilt red striped with white polka dots and yellow smokey faces on them socks that may have had milk stains on it! I miss my socks, but I am now wearing my second favourite socks and my teddy paws  are still happy! I do still have one sock to remember the other one from. I think I will use it as a night cap in wintertime! 

   Well, I had best say goodbye for now.  I need to go and collect my washing from off the clothesline.
