Hello everyone! I hope that you had an extra nice, super duper, excellente, very special and double lovely Christmastime! I did! I had a roast chicken and roast vegetables Christmas lunch! Hmm...I did feel sooo sorry for Gregory the gravy bear! Yes, he came to pour some gravy over his roast potatoes and pumpkin, and little Jenny the joking teddy had just pulled her Christmas cracker. She was sooo excited to tell Gregory her joke that was in her cracker! Gregory is a very kindly teddy, and so gave her his full attention. The only thing was, he thought that the joke was so funny, that he started to giggle...and laugh...and chortle...then the next thing we knew, his teddy hands had knocked the gravy boat containing the gravy onto the floor! It was a mess!
And... I never ever ever ( which is much more emphatic than never ever! ) realised that broccoli and cauliflower fight! Yes, they do! It is all to do with hair dressers! The broccoli and cauliflower hair dressers both think their florets are better than the other! Personally,I think that they both look nice and taste delicious! Anyway, a "war" broke out on the Christmas Day lunch plates, between the cauli and broccoli! The carrots and beans were forced to take sides! The Cauliflower and Brocoli stems all "stood to attention " , tossed back their florets hairstyles and gave speeches as to why their floret hairstyle was better then the other one! They are quite good speech makers! It was declared a tie! Then all of us teddies went back to eating our Christmas lunch meals!
It was such a very warm Christmas Day! My teddy fur felt so warm! It was very kind of Isabella the icey-pole teddy to give us teddies all a lemonade icypole to cool us down! And Bobbie the Banana grower Bear had put bananas onto lcypole sticks and then had frozen them, for us to eat at night time! Aren't they such kind teddies?!
Well I must go now. Talking about food reminded me that I need to go and prepare for dinnner!
Until next time,
Your friend,
Kiosk Ted Strath
