Hello everyone! I just had the most bestest, funnest, nicest and okey-dokey BBQ yesterday! It was sooooo great! Did you smell the aroma of  my sausages and chops cooking on my BBQ? I invited my teddies friends and we all stood around the BBQ talking about the MOST important issues of the day such as the cricket, the weather and if purple socks with yellow stripes on them would complement with fluorescent lime shoes. ( we couldn't agree on the last issue. Some of my teddy friends thought that orange shoes would go better with these socks )
Theresa the tomato growing teddy made some of her " world famous homemade   tomato sauce" for us to have on our sausages! It is true! I am not exaggerating! It really is world famous. There are teddies in Russia, France, on the North Pole, Antarctica  and  in Fiji who enjoy dolloping her tomato sauce on their BBQ  meat!
There is very little known fact that actually Amelia the Astronaut was really the first person on the moon! She went up with the astronauts, and whilst they were getting ready to take the little/big step onto the moon, she hopped, skipped, and jumped out onto the moon first! She had sooo much fun doing somersaults on the Moon surface! She took a mars bars and Milky Way bar with her in case she met some Martians. Then she could have offered them the bars, and made some new Martian friends! But...no she didn't see any green skinned Martians or pink or yellow ones either!
Anyway, Amelia took some of Theresa 's tomato sauce with her when she went to the moon. You can't have a BBQ on the moon without having sauce can you? She was soooo careful that she didn't spill any red sauce onto the white coloured moon! It would not have looked too good if people had gone out to the look at the moon that night and little red markings of  sauce was on it!
I had a very nice BBQ day ! Marty, Melinda and little Mike the mosquito family were on holiday in Rosebud so they didn't come visiting us during our meal!
I had better be off now, I feel a little bit hungry!
Until next time,
  Picnics are lots of fun
It is nice to meals outdoors in the sun!
Be aware of flies because they are not too nice!
Do you like gingerbread biscuits with nutmeg spice?
     Your friend,

      Kiosk Ted Strath
