Hello everyone! Yawn...yawn..Oh, I am most sincerely apologetic! It is quite impolite of me to yawn . I am sorry that you witnessed my bad etiquette manners! Edna the Etiquette teddy would be very unhappy! She teaches all the little teddies about having good manners. She teaches manners in a fun way so that it helps them to remember the best way to do things. She also gives them a reward of a linen serviette that has their name embroidered on it at the end of her " Formalities For Future Terrific Trained Tidy Teddies Course! " She doesn't like paper serviettes! ( Please don't tell her that I am saying this, but I strongly disagree with her on this point! I absolutely , completely, totally and fully like patterned paper serviettes! They look so very pretty! They add a colourful and nice look to the dining table! But...I must not let Edna know how I feel, as that would be quite ill mannered of me! )
It was soooooo funny the other day! Well, actually to be truthful it wasn't very funny when it occurred but then it ended up quite funny! I had stayed up late the previous night, because "you know how it is". Sometimes you just want to finish doing something, and think that it will only take a few minutes to complete...then the " few minutes" turns out to be a lot longer! So...I didn't get as much sleep as a normally do! I was feeling a little bit tired the next day. Anyway, I had a big bowl of strawberry and spearmint icecream, with cherries on top that I was eating for a meal . I fell asleep in the midst of eating the ice cream and I woke up to find my teddy nose in the ice cream and a cherry on top of my nose! It was a very unique waking up setting! Very messy ...very Ice-creamery ...very delicious! It gave me a bit of a surprise though!
I have to admit that I stayed up so late the night before that I was able to say " good morning" to Margie magpie, Claudia crow, Sally spa sparrow and Sebastian Seagull who had just woken up and were having drinks of honey and water in preparation for singing their early morning melodies tunes!
I had better go now and have a little nap!
Until next time,
Your friend,
Kiosk Ted Strath
