Hello everyone, two, three , four...million! Well, perhaps not a million! I can't count as high as that! Well, truthfully I can but I would get sooooo tired if I kept counting and counting! And...my teddy mind may get so overwhelmed and weary, and I may drop off to sleep! Oh, that wouldn't be good if I literally " dropped off" and fell onto the ground! Ouchity-ouch! Bumpity -bump! But when I think twice about it, or thrice, or fourice, fifthice or millionice ( I had better not start that again! ) I can't really " drop off", because I am not like my friend the chirping Sparrow who sits on tree branches and may get dropped to the ground if a fierce wind hits the tree! ( Have you ever been caught in the midst of really, really windy weather? I indeed have! In fact, one day the wind was sooo strong that it literally lifted me up into the air! But the worse thing was that my teddy friend, Carmel-Susan the Chic and Stylish teddy, was with me, and she had just got a new teddy hat! It was a beautifully designed hat! It had been made by world famous teddy milliners from Paris! The wind blew ...and her hat went off into air...and we no longer were able to find it! It was quite upsetting for my teddy friend! She started to cry, and I felt my teddy heart melt. Not that it is an ice block though! I quickly got her a cup of coffee and some tim tams and they cheered her up a little bit! ) So, I am probably safe from "dropping off"! !
But...I may start counting sheep in my sleep if I try to count to a million ! But sheep are nice and woolly fluffy animals! And they like saying :"Baa!!!" I always wondered why they say : " Baa!" , so I asked my Teddy university scholar friend, Mr. Oliver Teddy Bear, if he could answer my question! He is such a brainy teddy! He said that it is because sheep can't drive cars! So they don't say " car! ", they instead say " baa ! " This explanation makes so much sense! I have never, ever seen a sheep drive a car! I have also never met a sheep who was employed as a driving instructor. Perhaps sheep are unable to be accepted into driving instructor courses, so that leads into sheep never being able to be instructed how to drive?
Isn't it great that you learn new things every day?! Life is an ongoing learning experience !
I have a sheep friend called : " Bethany " She has kindly eyes! She looks at me with her sheepish ( literally ) eyes, and a smile unfolds right across my teddy face!
Well, I must be off now.
I need to practice my dance skills, just in case I am invited to a dance party! I don't want to hurt other teddy's feet by me stepping on their toes!
Until next time,
Your friend.
